Laser Hair Removal
Most clients describe the sensation as a quick, warm snap — very tolerable. Modern devices include cooling for comfort, and small areas take only minutes.
Most areas need 6–8 sessions spaced 4–6 weeks apart, since the laser is effective on hair in the active growth phase. We’ll assess your progress at each visit and adjust the plan.
Laser hair removal works on a wide range of skin tones and hair types. During your consultation we’ll check your skin and hair and confirm the safest, most effective settings for you.
Shave the area 24 hours before your appointment, and avoid sun exposure and self-tanners for at least two weeks. Please don’t wax, pluck or thread for 4 weeks before treatment — the laser needs the hair root to work.
Almost anywhere: face (chin, upper lip, side face, full face), underarms, arms, chest, back, bikini line, Brazilian, legs and more. See the full list with prices on our Services page.
HydraFacial & Skincare
HydraFacial is a multi-step, non-invasive treatment that cleanses, exfoliates, extracts impurities and infuses the skin with antioxidants, peptides and hyaluronic acid — all in one session, with no downtime.
For best results we recommend a HydraFacial once a month to maintain healthy, glowing skin. Your esthetician will suggest a schedule based on your skin’s needs.
Yes — the treatment is gentle and fully customizable. We adjust the serums and intensity to suit sensitive or reactive skin.
No. You can return to your normal routine — and even apply makeup — right after the treatment. Mild redness is possible but usually fades within an hour.
Fine lines and wrinkles, dullness, uneven tone, congested pores, oily skin, brown spots and dehydration — all in a single relaxing session.
RMT Massage
RMT stands for Registered Massage Therapist — a trained and certified professional. RMT treatments can relieve pain, stress and muscle tension, and improve mobility.
Many Alberta extended health plans cover registered massage therapy. We provide official receipts for every RMT session so you can submit a claim to your insurer.
No referral is needed — you can book an RMT appointment directly with us.
Neck and shoulder pain, back pain, headaches, stress, sports injuries and general muscle tension, among others. Tell us what bothers you and we’ll tailor the session.
